Jack Sheahan was by far the most attentive, considerate, and willing to teach us the ropes and get confident in the process of buying our first home, he would show us houses even when we were ahead of schedule and just curious to narrow down our options and preferences. The whole team at team Ruth is very organized, communicative and helped us through the whole process and made it seem less. I highly recommend Jack as a realtor and Team Ruth.

My husband and I bought our home with the help of Ruth back in the spring of 2021 and we still stay in touch with Ruth and her team and always feel the love! We were very young home buyers at the time and were lucky to be able to have the experience that we did. Narrowing down the area we were interested in, finding homes and going on tours, the whole thing went so smoothly! We never felt like any question was a dumb question, Ruth is also very responsive which is a huge plus. She connected us with an amazing lender who had us preapproved in record time. It was our first time purchasing a home in Illinois and Ruth was very knowledgeable to lead us through the process. Jack was always thorough, patient, and attentive throughout my whole buying process. I can say he went above and beyond with explanations and making sure my wife and I understood our next steps and what we where getting into. He has a great understanding of the market and regularly does market updates to keep you informed. His knowledge of the area I was buying in was fantastic and as a firefighter he has great insight into home safety and construction. I will be 100% be calling on this team again when I am ready to buy or sell again!
